AMENDMENTS:
The rules and regulations of the Association may be varied - added or revoked, by a majority of not less than three-fourths of the members present at the General Body Meeting called for such variations.
DISSOLUTION:

Any number not less than three-fifths of the Association, may determine that it shall be dissolved forthwith or at such time they agree upon.

If after the dissolution of the Association, there shall remain, any money,
property whatsoever, after the satisfaction of the debts and liabilities; it shall be handed over to the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Alto Porvorim Bardez – Goa 403 521.
